MUDGEE FRESH MARKET REPORT
Avoid Beans next 3 weeks. Recent storms have damaged crops. Hand picked is virtually non-existent and machine picked is very poor quality.
Zucchini, Capsicum, Sweet Potato and all Potato lines are in short supply. Cauliflower, Snow Peas, Sugar Snaps, Broccolini , Pumpkin, Dutch Carrots and Chinese Veg are way better options. Asparagus main season is over so expect higher prices as the crop diminishes .
Peaches and Nectarines are now available in our store, not eating great and very firm, they need time at room temperature to ripen.
